Inverter - Pinch Clamp
A simple hydraulic attachment used for clamping and rotating "Gaylord Containers", for the purpose of transferring the contents from one container to another. During inversion, the forks carry the load while the arms automatically squeeze inwards "pinching" both sides of the Gaylord, The squeeze action provides solid support when rotating the container in either direction. This unique attachment incorporates two operations, (rotating and clamping at the same time) using only one hydraulic function instead of two. A process that saves on a costly hydraulic installation and eliminates the need for a more expensive Rotating Clamp to achieve the same goal.
Huge savings occur as a result of reduced damage to containers and the ability to re-use them over and over again.
Sideshifting models are also available for better alignment. This would allow three operations to take place with only two auxiliary hydraulic functions added to the forklift truck.
